Arrival by car
There are several ways you can get to Orebić by car. The fastest way leads over the newly built Pelješac Bridge, which connects Komarna on the mainland and Brijesta on Pelješac. From Brijesta to Orebić, you will drive about forty kilometres, which will take you about the same number of minutes.
This is the ideal option if, on your way south, you want to avoid the crowds at the state border with Bosnia and Herzegovina and the ten-kilometre drive through its territory along the Neum Corridor.
If you are not in a hurry and would like to get to know the beautiful Pelješac, choose to drive via Ston at the beginning of the peninsula. From Ston to Orebić, there is a 58-kilometre state road that passes through picturesque towns and wild Dalmatian nature. The drive takes about an hour. You will enjoy the landscapes!
If you want to take a break, we suggest driving to Ploče, then taking the ferry to Trpanj on the north side of Pelješac, then taking the state road about twenty kilometres to your destination. Welcome to Orebić.
