HTP Korčula d.d. and HTP Orebić d.d. officially merge with Aminess

Novigrad, 5 February – Two prominent hotel and tourism companies from southern Dalmatia, HTP Korčula d.d. and HTP Orebić d.d., have officially merged with Aminess d.d. This business integration brings together the tourism portfolios of the three companies and further strengthens Aminess’s market position as one of the leading hotel operators on the Croatian coast.

The merger is part of a long-term strategy aimed at increasing competitiveness, accelerating the investment cycle, and creating a stronger foundation for the development of the destinations of Korčula and Orebić, as well as other locations where Aminess operates.
